Weight loss tip #4

Just following good food habits is not enough to lose weight. There should be some physical activity so that your body can spend all the accumulated calories.

If you have already started following the weight loss regime I have been posting from day 1, then it is time to move your body!!

You don't have to spend a lot of time or money to join a gym. Choose any workout that you get online and start working out. Start off with working out for 15 to 20 minutes a day and you can increase it from time to time.

When I was struggling with my overweight, I came across this amazing website which has all the workouts that you need as a beginner to lose weight.

The website is http://www.tiffanyrotheworkouts.com/ and you can try any of Tiffany's workout videos which are also available in Youtube.

I recommend this since the workouts are simple, easy and fun. Shake it!!! :P
