Weight loss tip #1

To keep up my promise on giving you guys the weight loss tips, I finally decided I will start it from today.

It is hard to give all the tips I have discovered by trial and error method for 2 years all in one day right? So, lets keep it as one tip for a day, shall we?

First thing that comes to anybody's mind when we think about losing weight is to eat less. It is wrong when we put it that way but what we really have to do is to cut down the calories that we consume rather than starving ourself.

So, keep a tab on your calories. No, this is not the tip I meant to give today. The tip #1 for any weight loss diet is to stop eating sugar directly or indirectly.

When I say sugar, it means sugar that we add to coffee, tea, Juices or anything else you eat/drink. Keep it sugarless as much as you can. Try and stop drinking calories in the form of soft drinks and bottled fruit juices. Instead, you can drink tender coconut or buttermilk which are not only less in calories but also keep your body hydrated.



Also, Instead of fruit juices, you can eat fruits which will add fibre to your diet, fill your tummy and control your hunger pangs.

The natural sugar that we get from fruits and veggies we eat are enough for the body. The carbohydrates that we consume will also be converted to glucose so, that will be burnt when we do the physical activity.
